Day 3 Our local surf report will help us identify the best surf location of the day. Two to three surf sessions in the water, and the day spent at the beach. In the evening there will be a night out on the town visiting bars and restaurants of Cape Town (own expense).

Day 4 Surf school continues and surfers will be taken to more challenging waves and different breaks, allowing for a full day in the water and on the beach. Instructors evaluate surf progress and advise in points of improvements and possible new equipment.

Day 5 Rest day from surfing. Mountain bike tour through the Cape Point Nature Reserve visiting the Southern most tip of Africa and seeing wild buck, zebras baboons, whales and penguins.

Day 6 Sandboarding expedition to some of the biggest dunes in the Cape peninsula. All equipment provided and full instruction given. Riders are guaranteed to pick up this awesome sports, and will enjoy having their snowboarding skills tested. There will be a late afternoon surf session to get rid of all the sand!

Day 7 Surf school - back into the water to catch the great waves at a new surf break. There will be a BBQ on the beach to enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Day 8 Surf school - there will be surf sessions both early morning and late afternoon. Mid day spent relaxing around the swimming pool at the Surf Lodge or shopping in Cape Town.

Day 9 There will be an early morning surf at local breaks, followed by a leisurely mountain bike tour through the famous Cape wine farms or an optional extreme downhill mountain bike ride on the National Downhill course.

Day 10 Full day of surfing at a few of the best and most challenging surf breaks on the Cape peninsula, ending off with as much as you can eat at a typical African restaurant and topping it off with a great party at the best night spots in Cape Town.
